Prayers for Boston

I have a really difficult time understanding the senseless acts like those that occurred at the Boston Marathon today. Reading the headlines makes my heart hurt. It's hard to keep faith in humanity when things like this continue to happen.

When I watched the news this afternoon, seeing those who ran towards the explosions, rushing to help those in need, those people give me hope. In the midst of all the chaos, their main focus was coming to the aide of those in need. So I'll try to focus on that, the good in people. 

Under the circumstances, it seemed inappropriate to post about my weekend. Instead, I'll pray for those in Boston who were affected by the events today. And remind those I care about just how much I love them.
