The Graduate

How is it already Sunday evening? Back to work tomorrow after a fun weekend. We had Andrew’s Mom, Grandpa and family friend in town staying with us for his sisters USF Graduation.

It was a great weekend. I was excited to go to Nina’s graduation from USF because I knew my family had an altar there. We arrived early so I was able to walk around and find it before the ceremony. It was so fun to see “O’Brien” on the plaque and know that it was my family.

 

To celebrate Nina's graduation, we decided we’d go wine tasting for the day. We decided to start at The Buena Vista Winery. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find out it was the spring release party! We were able to buy a tasting that included food pairings, a live band, and even a barrel tasting. We ended up having so much fun, and stayed for a few hours.

It’s been such a busy weekend, but it was so nice to spend so much time with Andrew’s family. I especially loved getting to meet his grandpa and spend time talking with him.
