Hair: My Favorite Products

When it comes to my hair, I keep it really simple. My hair is naturally stick straight, so if I blow it dry, I don't need to use a straightener. The downside of that is, it doesn't hold a curl well at all. I've found using the 1" Hot Tools curling iron works best for me, and I always curl away from my face. I've found the curl holds better that way. My favorite hairspray is without a doubt Kenra 25, it's a super strong hold that lasts all day. I love it! 

As for shampoo, I love Pureology. It's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. Especially because I don't spend a lot on other products. On the days I don't wash my hair, Pssst! is the best, and cheapest dry shampoo out there. You'll love it! 

I find these products work best for me, but I'm always interested to hear what other people use. I've been looking for another shampoo so I can rotate between the two, what do you recommend? 

I'm definitely a low hair maintenance kind of girl, I don't really fuss over it too much. I have very thin, fine hair, so it's easy to manage. Generally, I just wear it down, usually curled. But if I'm trying something different I'll do a top knot or low, side bun like this. But lately, I've been getting a little bored with my hair, and trying to think of creative new ways to style it. Any suggestions? I have a hair appointment next weekend, and I'm thinking about switching up the color and going a bit darker. These are the images I've been pinning, but I always chicken out and stick with the same blonde highlights. What do you think?
