As I have mentioned several times, I want to get back into blogging. With being affected by the lay offs at my corporate job a few weeks ago, I figured now is a good time to stop thinking about it, and put a plan into action for how to get back into a routine with my blog.
The early days of blogging are what I loved. People sharing about their lives, connecting with one another, sharing stories and experiences. As I think back on that time, one of the highlights from the early blogging days for me what when I participated in "Blog Every Day in May." It was back in the days of link ups, where people would all participate and link their posts. That way others could follow along, and you would often find new bloggers this way as well. I was lucky enough to connect with so many great women. Many of whom I'm still connected with online today.
I thought to myself, this would be a fun exercise to do again. It would get me back into writing, be a good outlet for me during this transition period, as well as create a routine for writing and posting daily. I don't think I will continue with the daily posts past October, but I am hoping this helps me get back into a flow with creating. I want to push past all the noise in my head and start taking action towards my goals.
